Death toll in Lebanon reaches 1,238
Beirut, March 30 (Hibya) - Since the start of Israeli attacks, the death toll in Lebanon has reached 1,238.
According to CCTV, on Sunday, Israeli attacks on Lebanon resulted in the deaths of 49 people and injuries to 116 others. Thus, since March 2, the death toll has risen to 1,238, while the number of injured has reached 3,543.
The Disaster Risk Management Unit under the Lebanese Prime Minister’s Office reported that Israeli attacks continue to intensify across the country. In its daily report on Sunday, the unit stated that the number of recorded attack incidents has reached 4,401 so far. It was also noted that across the country, 136,147 displaced persons and 35,170 families are being sheltered in 663 shelters.
